¯در اسکله‌ها و تأسیسات اختصاصی هزینه تخلیه و بارگیری در روی اسکله وصول نمی‌گردد ولی عوارض بندری و بهداشت بر کالاهای وارداتی و یا صادراتی براساس جدول فوق محاسبه و اخذ خواهد شد.

¯ بیمه کالا جهت کلیه کالاهایی که فاقد بیمه باشند مطابق فرمول به ازای هر ماه محاسبه و وصول می‌گردد.(قانون امور گمرکی)
